Filling our Sunday with the right amount of fitness zeal is Malang star Kunal Kemmu whose latest workout video caused the heat to skyrocket on social media platforms. Enticing fans, Kunal flaunted his muscular shirtless look in a video straight from the gym.
Taking to his Instagram account, Kunal shared the video which gave netizens a glimpse of his intense workout this weekend. With the Golmaal star in just a pair of black shorts and a black wristwatch to accessorize her look, Kunal’s diligently training video served as the perfect weekend motivation to hit the grind.
With his back to the camera, the actor was seen pulling up on the parallel bar and flexing his torn muscles and well-toned arms. Parallel bar is used in gymnastics which are two horizontal bars attached to four poles and placed parallel to each other to help stimulate multifunctionality.
The Om Namah Shivaay tattoo inked in the Devanagari script on Kunal’s back was also a staple in the clip. Kunal captioned the video, “The diet being worked out isn’t so much #stepbysteprepbyrep (sic).”
Pull-up exercise is a very beneficial workout for strengthening back, shoulder, and arm muscles while improving grip strength, overall body strength, and fitness level. It is great for both physical and mental health as it challenges your muscles.
